Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers to the practical details that make a villa holiday easy.

Booking & payment

How do I book?

Send an enquiry for your chosen villa and dates. We will confirm availability, send a written quote and hold the villa while you review it.

What deposit is required?

A 25% deposit secures most bookings, with the balance usually due eight weeks before arrival. Exact terms appear on your quote.

How can I pay?

We accept secure bank transfer and major debit or credit cards. Payment instructions are included with your booking confirmation.

Your stay

What time is check-in?

Standard check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00. We will always help with luggage or early arrival where the schedule allows.

Is cleaning included?

End-of-stay cleaning is included. Stays of ten nights or more normally include a mid-stay clean and linen change.

Can the pool be heated?

Most villas offer pool heating for an additional weekly charge. We recommend it in spring and autumn; request it at least seven days before arrival.

Families & practical details

Do you provide cots and highchairs?

Yes, free of charge at most villas when requested in advance. Stair gates, bed guards and pool alarms can also be arranged at selected properties.

Do we need a car?

A car is useful in most parts of the Algarve. Some Vale do Lobo villas are genuinely walkable to beach and restaurants; every villa page gives an honest recommendation.

Can Quinta Holidays arrange airport transfers?

Yes. Airport transfers can be arranged through Quinta Concierge. [CONFIRM ANY BOOKING LEAD TIME / PROVIDER DETAILS IF NEEDED.]
