Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed when the required deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued. The balance payment date and cancellation terms will be stated on your booking confirmation.

Your responsibilities

Guests must treat the property with reasonable care, follow occupancy limits and report damage promptly. Property-specific rules will be supplied before arrival.

Cancellations

Cancellation charges depend on how close the cancellation falls to arrival. Full terms, including any recommendation to purchase travel insurance, will appear in the final booking contract.

Liability

Quinta Holidays will exercise reasonable care in selecting accommodation and suppliers. Final terms should define responsibility for events outside reasonable control.
