Pool & Outdoor Living
The heated infinity pool is at the heart of life at Casa Cazan, with a beach-style entry and a deep diving end. Spacious terraces, loungers and the poolside cabana make it easy to spend an entire day outdoors, while the Jacuzzi spa offers another place to slow down. Nearby, the outdoor kitchen is equipped for relaxed lunches and evening entertaining, with a fridge, gas hob, gas barbecue, wood-fired oven, water dispenser, full dining and kitchenware, and a poolside beer tap. There is also an outdoor TV with full Sky channels.
Private Tennis Court & Golf Practice
Casa Cazan has its own private AstroTurf tennis court with integrated football goals, so a game is never more than a few steps away. The villa offers tennis racquets and tennis balls, and tennis coaching can be arranged. Golfers can make use of the putting green, which has 9 holes, 2 bunkers and a chipping zone, with golf clubs available at the villa. Table tennis, darts, boules and garden games add even more choice for families.
Japanese Garden
Beyond the pool and sporting facilities, Casa Cazan has a quieter side. A willow-lined route leads towards a Japanese-inspired garden with a waterfall, carp pond, lily pads and mature planting. Shaded beneath an old olive tree, it is a peaceful place for reading, morning coffee or simply escaping the midday sun.
Inside Casa Cazan
We welcome you up through our gated calçada palm-tree-lined driveway, into the impressive Moorish-styled circular hallway, enjoying far-reaching views to the sea. Three guest suites can be accessed from here, along with the extensive dining terraces and dining spaces.
The villa design is quite like nothing else, with exquisite details at every turn, elegant finishes to every room, furnished by Chalon of London and decorated to the highest standard, where thought has been considered at every turn. The finest tableware, luxury linens and crystal glassware can be enjoyed from the comfort of the villa's entertaining rooms, with spectacular views across the tropical gardens.
Living & Dining
Inside, the villa is spacious, sociable and designed for year-round stays. The main living room combines a large Conran sofa, bespoke leather seating, a suspended gas fire and Smart TV. The villa also has underfloor heating. The kitchen opens into the living space, while the Vista dining room uses full-height glass to connect the interior with the terrace and far-reaching views.
The main kitchen is equipped to an exceptional standard, including a Wolf oven, extensive kitchenware, Nespresso machine, microwave, multiple full-size fridges and freezer, dishwasher and breakfast seating. It works just as well for relaxed family breakfasts as it does when a private chef takes over for a special dinner.
Casa Cazan is one of those villas where families genuinely settle in from the moment they arrive. There is so much within the grounds, swimming, tennis, golf practice, beautiful gardens and wonderful spaces for long lunches and dinners, that guests often tell us they barely want to leave.
