The villa itself is a beautiful blend of contemporary design with bright open elegant interiors and a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere. This villa is available for holiday rentals, as well as venue for weddings or parties.
Pools & Outdoor Living
The villa was designed to take full advantage of the stunning 360° panoramic views. The living spaces on the ground level open out from one side to the south facing walled garden with its square swimming pool, terraces and barbecue area for alfresco, and from the other to the gardens and two further swimming pools on the north side with the spectacular views of the Algarve and Alentejo. The pools are a square swimming pool (9m x 9m), a lap pool (14m x 2.1m) and a free form pool with waterfall, with terraces, gardens and a gas BBQ.
Inside Casa Rupi
The kitchen is well laid out and fully equipped and open to the dining area. The living room and dining room are open plan with a wood burning fire and glass sides opening onto the pools on both sides. The kitchen includes a washing machine, microwave and dishwasher, and there is a Smart TV with multiple channels in the sitting room. On the ground floor there are four bedrooms, three of which are en-suite and the fourth with an adjacent shower room.

The master suite upstairs is fabulous with a wooden feature ceiling and a bathroom from which one can enjoy the breathtaking view all around. There is also an additional large second living room/study on the upper level with large roof terraces and sea views.

Can you explain more about the accommodation?
There is a master double room, one double bedroom and 3 bedrooms that can be set up as doubles or twins. Four of the rooms are ensuite and the fifth bedroom has good access to a shower room that doubles up as the villa's cloakroom.
Can you accommodate more than 10 guests?
We can provide up to 4 put up beds for children at 30 euros each per night.
Can you provide cots and highchairs?
Yes, we can provide up to 4 cots and highchairs at 30 euros each per night.
Do you provide bedlinen and towels?
Yes, we provide bed linen, bath towels and pool towels.
Do you provide toiletries?
Yes, each bathroom will have an initial supply of toilet rolls, handsoap, shampoo and conditioner.
Is there housekeeping during our stay?
Casa Rupi will be prepared for your arrival. If you would like to have a housekeeper during your stay this can be arranged at an additional charge.
What is the payment schedule for the villa?
We ask for a deposit of 50% upon booking. 50% of the remaining balance is due 6 months before your arrival date.
Is there a security deposit payable?
Yes. A damage deposit of 5% of charges is required, payable on arrival by credit or debit card. It will be refunded once the property and equipment is found to be returned in the same order as when let.
Are there general terms and conditions we need to sign?
Yes. The terms and conditions will be issued and signed when a booking is agreed and deposit paid.
Can Casa Rupi be used for weddings or parties?
Yes. The villa is available for holiday rentals, as well as a venue for weddings or parties.
